Betta Fish: Is this piece of wood too big for my tank?

Iâm new to fish keeping but I think your betta will like it very much. I recommend some floating plants or the leaf hammocks which some people donât like since theyâre plastic but my betta loved that thing

Nope. I love it. I personally always get wood that sticks out of my tank. Allows me to tie orchids and all that on them. But since this one is so close to the water line, id probably put terrestrial moss if you wanted to try that đ
