I'm looking for an 8wt fly rod for largemouth bass, throwing Clousers and poppers… the standard LMB flies so a fast action rod would be good. I was also considering the Echo 84B. Any thoughts or experiences to share? I think $300 is a good budget target for me right now, which reminds me, the Orvis Clearwater would fall into that range and should be considered as well. Thanks!
