Aquariums: Two months into the hobby

This is our 40gal tank with two pearl gouramis, four platys, 10 fry platys (unexpected) six panda Cory's, 10 blue dream neocardinia shrimp, and one bristle nose pleco and one clown pleco with two mystery snails and three nerite. Yes we did research and our bioload is still on the low to medium side. We have two filters and a air stone. Our heater is keeping the temp at 77-78F~. Parameters have been stable for the last month and a half with weekly water changes to keep the minerals from dipping. Parameters are 7-7.2 PH 0 ammonia 0 nitrite and 5 nitrate.
