I just got home from work and I am noticing these little dots on my fish for the first time today. Everyone seems to be up and moving. I just got a sponge filter, and it looks like it could be bubbles but I'm not sure, multiple of the fish have it but the one with the pictures was the most noticeable

Ich
Ich. Will be fatal if left untreated.
Thankfully its relatively easy to treat. Get ich-x and increase the tanks temperature to 80F. Make sure you remove any carbon filtration while dosing ich-x
That’s ich. Tons of treatment options available. Lots here will recommend raised temperature and aquarium salt for an extended period. I’m a huge proponent of just dosing one of the many available ich/external parasite remedies per the instructions.
Ich. You need ich x. Please read label for measurements according to your tank size.
I had to buy a bottle of it yesterday for my cardinal tetras.
Mine had this so bad and one week of ich treatment resolved everything !!!!!
Thank you to everyone for your helpful comments! I’ve gone to the store and got stuff to treat ich! Everyone here is amazing thankyou again!!
Guys I wish I saw this earlier, it wiped out my whole school of tetras and some of my older plattys 😭 I’m dumb
That is the most ickiest ich if I ever saw it. It’s ich.
