Genuinely best fish I’ve EVER eaten, tops anything saltwater or fresh. Better than grouper, sword fish, tilapia. Genuinely melt in your mouth orgasmic flavor, texture, & consistency. The English language doesn’t have words to describe how genuinely delicious this tasted😋🧈
