Betta Fish: Some of my fish fell out of….. my fish?

My girl, Mystique, has had a larger eggspot for as long as Ive had her- (6ish mos) but this evening she seems to have had a part of her…. Fall out? Prolapse? Would that be her egg sac? Is she suffering? I’ve had bettas (all female) for quite a while- but they all died of natural causes (old age) or my killer tetra, but this is my first wtf.

She’s in with a single neon tetra (who seems to hate other tetra’s I had to move them before he ate another) some snails and a bunch of shrimp.

Is there anything I can do for her?
