Hi everyone! I’ve had this tank for a little under a year and it has a female beta, kuhli loaches (7) haborus Corrie’s (10) and 2 nerites. It’s a 20 gallon long, with 2 sponge filters on each corner and a bubbler. It normally has. Quite a bit of mulm on the bottom, which I leave unless it gets excessive and then I vac it. When I do water changes there is a lot of mulm that gets in the water column but it normally settles. I do water changes about once a week. Recently I’ve noticed the water always looks like this. Is this okay? I don’t love how it looks and would like to do something about it but if it’s okay for the fish then I guess I don’t mind it.

Those sponge filters might not be enough to have crystal clear water. May need to upgrade to better filtration like a canister if that’s your goal
