Bought an older bonafide ss127 off of marketplace and ive been wanting to put on a trolling motor, is this a trolling motor mount, or some kind of steering kit holder? Chat gpt was completely wrong as usual and I cant get in touch with the seller

Doesn’t look robust enough for a motor, possibly an ‘over the side’ sonar?
