Looking for paddletail + jigead brands/sizes to fish this private pier (Texas bay)

Relatively new to saltwater fishing. I have two rods fishing crab as bait and one rod to send a paddletail around. The depth at the end of the pier is around 6-8 ft, not completely sure but around that.
