what bait it is？

I saw this fishing bait on TEMU, bought one mudium size and it looks pretty unique, but I have no idea what fishing technique it's used for or what kind of fish it's suitable for. Does anyone know what kind of soft bait this is? Any guys here who have used it before? Let's discuss—help me out!lol
