I’ve tried antibiotics and the water is perfect. I use RO and I have a reef tank. This tank is a couple years old. I have other female bettas in the tank all rudely healthy. This has been going on for a month or so. Her head seems to be growing these weird lumps and bumps. She sprints at the surface and gasps for air. I added leaves do tannins. Two different antibiotics. What do I do? What am I missing?

Are you sure that she’s not been attacked and bullied by other tank mates? Normally betta must be kept alone to avoid fights.
Edit: please separate her from the others and see if she improves
