Introduced some ghost shrimp to clean up his mess and what did he do? Ate every single one of them. ALL OF THEM. His greed disgusts me. Look at how plump he is now. No remorse in those eyes.

Bettas are opportunistic eater & predator. It is you who fed him, not his fault lol. 😂😭🙈
He thanks you. I was gifted some free Amano shrimp by a friend who was tearing down his aquarium. They don’t seem to bother my betta, and he doesn’t seem to consider them food. Maybe you can find some of these guys?
