Bought this Bass Pro Shops Mega Cast Spinning Combo. Description said it is L/R retrieve but when I went to switch it from left to right the reel handle fits into this nut that doesn’t appear to be moveable. The right side where the cap is has a much thinner space for just the cap to go. Am I missing something?

Hold the rotor when you unscrew the handle. Unscrew the handle the opposite direction that you reel.
