So I'm testing out Ozark Trail lures and this jerkbait was only 2.78 at Walmart. I couldn't catch anything on the Vision 110 last week so I was surprised when they were hitting this. I've got 5 in total on this lure. Seems like it's worth picking up for beginners.

Cheap lures can be hit or miss. Sometimes they have awful hooks or hardware. Sometimes the action is terrible and they scare fish away instead of enticing them to bite. Sometimes durability is poor and the bills break, wire bends, or they fill up with water. And sometimes you get a gem that works really well.
