Betta Fish: My mom got a betta fish from petco because she “felt bad” for him. Then I shamed her into getting him a nicer tank. Is this set up better?

But if the tournament allows it, you can’t blame people for using it. Seems like you’d be at a disadvantage if you didn’t.
