Looks pretty clear and relatively shallow. From that spot, I’d toss out a squarebill crankbait and see if anything will hit that.

Looks cold and clear with little vegetation. I’d go small and slow like a ned rig or small jig and move it slow with infrequent action and see if anything takes it. If that isn’t getting it done use a crank or spinner bait to try for a reaction strike.
