Betta Fish: He goes crazy when i feed him

this is sashimi, every time i feed him he gets like really angry, starts zooming around the tank (you can’t really see it in this video) and flaring at me. is he okay?? is he just hungry and has an attitude?? i’ve put tannins in his tank before and that seemed to calm him down a bit, do i just need to keep doing that? i just wanna make sure he’s okay and not stressed!! thank you!!
