Hello! Trying to catch my first fish and this I bought a rod and reel combo that I was thought decent for 100$ to be my trout set up for a while. Pflueger trion sp25 and ugly stik gx2 6’6. Decent set up for the kayak or should I return and buy something else? Thanks in advance!

Honestly, if your just starting out it might be wiser to return it for a cheap combo.
I fish for cats and had a tiger spinning reel and rod I used exclusively for 15 years.
Fancy shit is there to catch fisherman. Not fish.
