Can I actually catch bass here or am I wasting my time?
The depth in some areas is very low, fish such as bluegill and other forage fish gather in groups on the shore. It conects with a big lake

Looks really shallow in that area considering the giant dry patch about 15ft out.
If anything there might be some smaller bass.

I always have 3 setups in rotation to cover the top, mid, and bottom portions of the water column. If you don’t get hits for any of those 3 setups, then I’d recommend shifting locations

Frog and punching rig. You will have a blast…and if there is nothing you move on to the next spot.

The little section pictured doesn’t look too promising just based off how shallow it is but there’s almost certainly bass in there somewhere.
