was fishing a small pond and a bluegill decided to bite my whopper plopper, I made a video saying how bad its gonna be to unhook, 20 seconds after the video, flopped around, whopper plopper to the thumb, went to the er and they got it out

You should avoid doing that again. Don’t handle treble hooks with hand, always use pliers.
Next time avoid the ER and just push the hook through, past the barb, and then snip off the end of the hook and pull it back out.
