Serious question I rarely thaw my food before putting it in unless I’m trying to make sure bottom feeders eat or I’m giving meds what’s the verdict is this ok or no?

I mean it’s probably fine. But i find thawing it just makes it easier for every fish to eat because its all spread out suspended in the water, instead of them all trying to get at the cube
