I’ve ordered a couple of these thinking they might be good for bass and crappie. They are 2.5” long but awfully skinny, the fattest is less than the diameter of a #2 pencil, the thinnest is about 40% that size.
Do I keep or return?

It’s not about the size, it’s about the technique and the distance you make.
I’ve caught bass and crappie with much smaller plastic baits. I don’t think the size really matters, as long as the presentation is good
