Ive catch fish on it and it does the job for me as a beginner it’s pretty fun, i put some 4Lb SOS line in it and the tiny reel does the job. 😎
im planning on getting some of this for my nephews most if cause of the reel.
NOW the thing is… i took out the reel and randomly lost it 🥲🤣🤷🏽 i forgot where I put it 🤔🫠🤔 so i was thiking… (slide for 3rd pic)
to put that tiny but mighty profishiency baitcaster Reel on that rod … 😅So i ask you…😬

It’ll work just fine as a combo, but a $50 lightweight bait caster might lead to frustration
Send it. Just make sure you dial in your reel. YouTube has plenty of videos and suggestions for ultralight setups and don’t get frustrated. You will bird nest it and it’s just part of the learning process but once you figure it out you won’t even have to mess with it unless your switching lures that have a huge weight difference. Just minor adjustments.
