Pic is roughly 60% of our fishing rods. Just moved to a new place, so need some rod storage ideas. I have a wife and 6 kids and we fish bass, musky, panfish, walleye, etc, so we each need access to multiple rods at a time. Ceiling mount is out of the question, since we have 12' ceilings. We previously used Cobra garage door panel horizontal holders, but my new garage has integrated insulation and they won't fit. I don't like the floor mounted holders we have–one little bump and all of the rods fall over. Thoughts?

You can always drop the ceiling mounts down and have them floating at a usable height. That or you could build a shed just for fishin’ shit

Most importantly what job do you have because i want whatever it is. if youve got 6 kids and multiple set ups for each + wife i need to get into that line of work.

Do you have a wall wide enough to store them horizontally? Lots of great wall hung rod holders
