Did you add any vacation feeders or any food to the tank while you were gone? Looks like the whole tank needs a good cleaning.

Almost looks like the mold on stuff in a fridge that sat to long same thing but maybe with whatever was used to feed the tank but instead of being stirred up by your critters it had enough time to build a base layer and form a mat kinda like fungi cause that second picture with the long stick things look like fruiting bodies used in primitive life like fungi and mold

What type of substrate do you have? To me, this looks like you’ve got what could potentially be gas bubbles coming off your substrate getting caught in some sort of slime mold.

Was someone taking care of your tank or did you use an automatic feeder? I’m assuming some sort of over feeding happened here but I’m at a loss honestly

I also agree bubbles under biofilm but it super looks like you’re growing shrooms.
