I tried Seachem Prime, checked my water levels, did a water change, added in an air-rock. I can’t think of anything else I did. The 3 tetras and sucker fish look fine. So I think he might just be old.
Open to suggestions on how to heal him. But I think he might just be dying. So if I can’t heal him how can I make his last days more comfy.

What is the tank size and water parameters?
By parameters they mean: Amonia, nitrite and nitrate. Possibly even ph. What temp also.
PH fluctuations will effect fish. Temp fluctuations will also effect them.
How long have you had the tank?
Do you know the kh gh of the water?
