We started our own blackworm and whiteworm cultures a while ago in a cricket pen and an ice cream container lol Both have been a big success so far and we have enough worms for all the bettas, gouramis and other fish. Granted we rotate live worms and a variety of frozen foods, so it's not like we have enough worms to feed them just that 24/7, though I wish we did! And i'm sure the fish would love that too. 😅

4 pellets (2 in the morning, 2 in the evening) and frozen shrimp whenever we have shrimp for dinner. I should really get him on a better diet someday
