Found this on the bank of a river in Colorado. The foam beads are pre-strung on loops of mono, and there are a bunch of small cut rubber-band strips loose in the puck. My guess is some kind of strike indicator or bobber rigging system, but I’ve never seen one like this. Does anyone recognize it or know how it’s supposed to be used?
