I would love to copy that solution but I don't know what kind of velcro to use in such a wet and humid environment as the inside of a kayak can be.
Anyone got a clue?
Can you buy velcro patches without the glue and use your own?

I bought these to hold down my battery/mostly wire box in my bow on my 106 PDL. I’ve had it set up for almost a year and it hasn’t budged yet. The trick is to find an even spot on both surfaces. Disclaimer, I really don’t get much water inside my hull so that has helped it, I usually just leave the hatch open after a day of fishing to let it air dry.
