Caught this LMB in a pond near me. I know there is at least one pike in this pond, and I saw a mink running around the pond as well. It doesn’t look like a pike bite to me, but maybe, could the mink have done this?

The good news is that bass are quite hearty, and will have no problem surviving this.

Ive had northern grab bass im fighting and theyve had similar wounds
