Caught this 4 pounder kayak fishing my local pond in NH. After doing a bunch of research on what lures work, and where to cast this time of year nothing was hitting so I said “Fuck it.”, and just threw the same blue/black Texas rig craw I threw all last season in the same spot I always do and immediately hooked on to this slob.
