Betta Fish: Just making sure everything is okay

I have posted my Betta here before so you might recognize him. I'm a tiny bit worried about him and I just want to make sure he's not sick or anything. He has changed colors a lot (which turned out that it's normal) but lately he's been very "lazy". He's usually hiding and he rarely comes out of his hiding spot, when he does he's just lying in the seaweed. So my main issue is that he faded a lot and he's not too active. I have tested pH, KH, GH and everything seems fine, there's no ammonia either. He doesn't seem sick, only shy and tired. He doesn't have fin rot as you can see on the attached photo. But if anyone notices something about him then I would appreciate some feedback!
