Just ordered a diving reel off Amazon, drilled a couple holes in it and rail mounted it with some leftover hardware. The reel doesn’t do the best job reeling an anchor back in but aside from that anchoring up is quick and easy.
Coupled it with my yak attack anchor trolley and a 5lb mushroom anchor. Everything cost about $80-100 at most
