As the dumb beginner I am, I bought these for my two ramshorn snails before realizing they in fact don't need them at all… I only have a betta besides them in my 6,5gal

Now: I have an empty 16gal/60 litres tank that is still currently empty. What fish enjoys these wafers so I can use them instead of throwing em out? 😅 My stocking plan was: ramshorn/nerite snails, shrimps (amano and/or cherry) and 8-10 zebra danios. What else could fit? Should I just make my shrimps fat as fuck? Please help!! Ahah

Everything I have loves them. I have to drop in two so the Big Fish can have one while everything else fights over the others.

  2. I have a bag of mini ones for my Amanos and they swim up and grab them right out of the tongs like the unstoppable eating machines they are

  3. My Purple Fin Hillstream Loach loves them, but tbh I’ve noticed my Neon Tetra and Betta eating them too.

  4. As far as fish, I’d suggest a small school of Otocinclus or maybe a guppy colony. The guppies would need pellets as well, but they LOVE algae wafers.

Everyone in my tank enjoys a nibble at those. Rainbow shark, loaches, guppies, mollies, bristlenose,… the only ones that don’t seem to care for them are the tetras.

  6. My plecos absolutely love them and would eat them by the handful daily if I would let them. The bladder snails eat them as well
