I’m a novice fish owner and I had some questions about structural integrity specifically when it comes to old housing. I live in an area of upstate New York, where every building is at least 80 years old with some being as old as 150 that are still being rented out. My girlfriend and I found this incredible home that has two bedrooms and is really affordable for the area. the only downside is that there’s a minor issue with the structure. On the first floor, there is a little bit of a bow, that is normal for the area. But my second floor has about a 3° tilt. The spot I want my aquarium room has a little bit of a dip in the floor like every room, but that’s not my major concern. My biggest concern is that I’m putting too much pressure on the floor. I was able to check in the basement and they redid some of the supports and the two by sixes that make up the floor have fresh plywood on top and seem to have no signs of damage or rot. I just wanted to confirm with people more experienced before I move into this new place. I’ve had multiple people inspect the building and they all say that it seems structurally sound and safe but I still have kind of a bad feeling about it. I have four tanks at the moment two of them are 55 is one of them is a 15 the other is a 7 gal cube but I really want to expand with a bunch of smaller tanks. They are also on stands that are made out of two by fours that are meant to distribute the weight evenly. If I properly level these tanks, do you guys think there is a risk of catastrophic failure? And Is it dangerous to set up more tanks.

Thank you guys so much! Sorry for the long message.
