It’s definitely warm enough to be spawning time for bass in east/southeast Texas (where I’m at). The fringes of the pond are blanketed with rooted aquatic plants that are a pain in the ass for snagging.

Hard to say without seeing the depths and bottom composition , but look for hard bottom shallow spots with some kind of cover nearby.  Any trees/stumps/laydowns, or just grass?  If you see holes in the grass up shallow, throw something in there and see if they give away their location.  Get some polarized sunglasses if you don’t have them.  Otherwise, just fish around until you notice movement in an area.
