Idk about your area, but normally trout are only stocked when they reach legal size to be kept, which here is 8″

From what im slowly learning from here, it should be a stocker. Blunt nose. And I think the white on the fins underneath it, it should be scaring/rash from the tanks.

Probably wild. Not much use stocking a fish that small. All the indicators you’d see in a stocked fish are pretty hard to pick up on when they’re that small

The fins are blunt and small. So is the nose.
Definitely does not look wild.
Interesting they stock them in those sizes. It fins will probably grow back out a good bit know the wild and appear wild.
