what's the difference in these two? I thought they were both Teton 100, but the one has dry storage in the rear? could that have been added?

One is green and the other is blue. Hope this helps

Probably just similar models from 2 separate years, likely produced from the same mould just one has a hatch and one doesn’t. In production the moulds are very expensive to produce so they will use the same one for years and just add different accessories like the hatch to change up their product line a bit
