Ended up purchasing MaxAssist Canoe Hoist. It’s currently holding up my Nucanoe Unlimited with no seat in it. It’s rated up to 150 pounds. We will see how it holds.

Thats why I bought a trailer. I have 2 yaks and used to store the like that. Such a pain in the ass to move my garage around so I can use them. Spending the dough on a trailer seems excessive, but its SO much easier to get them in the water and less work when you get home.
If you dont have any place to store a trailer, I get it. Not everyone does.

I use something similar and the ropes hang vertically instead of an angle like yours. Are you able to spread the bands out more?
