Hello guys, first time here, wanted to share one of the my first carps. Probably caught less than a handful in all my life (I mostly fish saltwater from shore), and all were small. Anyway it was almost 13kg, so around 28lbs. Had to have help to get her out of the water, thankfully some fisherman where going to the car at that moment. Used a method feeder with corn on the hair rig and a couple of maggots on the hook.
Mind you that I don't have the knowledge or the gear for carpfishing and only do it on occasion like today were I'm on holidays on interior of Portugal, so sorry if I don't know technical terms or even how to handle carp.
