Cherry shrimp keeps climbing into exit of filter, not sure if i should be worried and remove the tube part or just leave it alone

I have fish that do this and they’re fine, but I’m not sure about shrimp, my assumption is the little fella is there because he likes it and it’s likely harmless. Also nice natural plants!
