Is she injured? I have a natural tank, only 2 things that might have hurt her are the heater and the filter input.
She's in a good mood, she has an appetite, her behaviour didn't change much. Only thing she stopped doing is murdering shrimp, no other sign she's not ok – she still stalks them.
None of the diseases I looked up look like this.
Cycled tank, I bought her almost 6 months ago. Water is 26 degrees Celsius, she has 3 otos and shrimp as tankmates (they're all fine).

It looks like she scraped herself really bad.
Probably from sticking herself somewhere she didnt fit
