    We can’t keep them in my state, and while I’d love to taste them, I’m happy we are working to preserve my favorite fish.

    If I was out west I’d eat them though as theyre invasive out there

    Next time just gut them, take out the blood line, and cut off the head. Then bake in the oven with some olive oil, garlic, and fresh lemon slices. The meat will just fall off the bones.

    Did you seriously (try to) fillet the smallest possible trout? You should just gut it and fry it whole.. what a waste.
