Looking to mount this stadium seat for when I go out on my own. I’m thinking to add some metal U brackets to where I’ve drawn the arrows. Of course the seats in the front and back will be taken out. Does anyone have any tips or better ideas? I did originally have a concern of the seat being too high, but it sits in there pretty low.

I actually used a few strong pad eyes like the black ones that you already have on there and some high strength zip ties. I can remove it if I need to, but it’s held for over three years of use. Used Goop to seal a hole that i put in the wrong spot, i’m sure I could fill the other holes if i want to take it out.
Seat looks way too far forward, though.In that spot
Add accessory rails to the side of your yak (blue) and mount the chair to tubes (black) with holes drilled on the ends of each tube (green). You’ll then be able to seat the chair on top of the yak and can screw into the rails with star knobs. That way it would be way more instillation friendly.
