Bought this pre-spooled rod and reel (I know I know I’ll buy separate next time) and idk how to fix this

If that loop of line is caught under your spool, unscrew the drag knob at the front counter-clockwise until it comes off the shaft, then pull the spool off the shaft also (slowly and carefully, so you don’t dislodge any parts underneath). Free the loop of line from whatever it’s caught on, then you can untwist the loop of line from underneath the other section of line it’s twisted around and put your spool and drag knob back on. Then pull your line out from the spool until you get down to where the loop is and get the loop straightened out and wind your line back on.
