Got this new baitcaster today. New to baitcasters and was wondering what this little thing sticking out on the spool is? I’m familiar with holes on the spool but this is my first time seeing something like this. Reel is Piscifun Alijoz 400.
Any advice on how to spool it? Would the little knob-like thing cause the line to sit unevenly on the spool?

I’m pretty sure it’s to tie onto
It’s made for tying the line on to so it doesn’t slip.
It’s a tie point for the fishing line, so it doesn’t just spin and spin around the spool without wrapping.
