I picked this Feelfree Moken 12.5 V1 up yesterday for $300 just missing the seat.
I went and bought a Magellan padded sit-on basic seat and quickly remembered why I hated sit-in or sit-on-bottom kayaks.
I want to convert to a stadium or lawn chair style seat as the title suggests I'm just not sure how to go about it. The V2 version of the model solved that issue but I couldn't pass up the price on this one. I'm having a hard time coming up with a solution since it's a rounded bottom and nowhere to lock in the frame.Any ideas?
I will only be fishing out of the boat and a motor will likely come next.

From Google it doesn’t look like anyone has solved this problem.
I would try to make a frame with pvc pipe and hard foam contoured to the shape of the bottom and use the cup holders to keep it in place, then secure the seat to that.
