At Walmart today and found five of these thinga sitting on the racks with a discounted price tag. These things nornally comes as a combo. One of two things I can think of why it’s heavily discounted. Either someone stole the reel that came with the rods or the reels were defective and Wally had no choice but to sell the rods for a loss. I already own one and really like it for surf/jetty fishing. Super light but durable.
