Aquariums: Anyone know what’s wrong with this neon?
Was floating around top away from the others and I noticed this big white patch on his back wondering if it could be from my beta or some type of ick/infection

Could be wrong, but that l99ks more like fungus to me, I’d separate him for safety ad douse the tabk with a half dose of anyifungal.
Put him I’m a smaller tub with a full dose of anti fungal + follow the instructions for all.
I wouldn’t hold out hope for this dude though, in my experience neon tetras don’t pull through very well
