Hi everyone! I recently bought this new daiwa Caldia 25 in 2500S and it’s making this noise (refer to video). I’m not sure if this is normal or not. I haven’t used it or spooled it yet.
Please let me know if this is normal or if it needs to be broken in

While we are on the topic of new fishing gear, does anyone know how to calculate how much backing I’m going to need on the reel? It holds 200m of pe0.6 and I only have 150m of pe0.6.
